Forza Motorsport 3 has a release date of October 27th, 2009 exclusively for Xbox 360, developed by Turn 10 Studios and published by Microsoft Game Studios.

The racing sequel to Forza Motorsport 2 will feature over 400 cars from 50 manufacturers. It will also include over 100 tracks!

Improvements from the previous game include a new in-car driving point of view, “single button assist driving” and vehicle rollover that allows for realistic damage.

The game contains a single player season that allows players to completely customize their “racing calender” thorugh over 200 different events (Circuit, Oval, Drag, Drift, Timed, etc.). With the wealth of options available the developers promise that no two calenders will look the same.

Graphically the game has been hugely improved with ten times more polygons in each modeled car and a texture resolution that is four times what we saw in Forza Motorsport 2. Running at a solid 60 frames per second it also features improved physics and A.I.

Multiplayer wise the game will include both online and offline modes with an all-new rules editor. The leaderboards meanwhile will now include the most prolific car tuners and the best painters to go along with the greatest racers.

While racing players will have the ability to rewind to a previous moment, which can be done as much as a player wants. It is optional however but available in both multiplayer and single player. Players will also be able to create in-game videos of their races and upload them for others to share and download.

Also included will be the ability to create in game videos and upload them to the Forza Motorsport website.
