There are a total of 94 Merlin Trials to find and solve in Hogwarts Legacy. There are technically 95 of them, but the very first one you will do as part of the story. This guide goes over the 94 optional ones of Merlin’s Trials in the game.

The Merlin Trials each have a puzzle that you need to solve, and need specific spells in order to do them, so some you may have to come back later to do. This guide shows the location of every Merlin Trial on the map, and how to solve it.

None of the Merlin Trials are missable. It is well worth doing these as they increase the capacity of you inventory (up to 40 slots) which is very much needed else you’ll be dismantling gear all the time. You will also unlock the “Merlin’s Beard!” trophy / achievement for finding and solving them all.

There are a total of 30 Demiguise Statues that you need to find in Hogwarts Legacy. There are technically 33, but 3 of them you will get in the main quest “The Caretaker’s Lunar Lament” which you need to have done before the Demiguise Statues even spawn.

Demiguise Statues can only be interacted with when it’s night!

Collecting Demiguise Statues and bringing the Moons to Mr Moon as part of the “The Man Behind the Moons” Side Quest, you will be able to upgrade Alohomora to lockpick lvl 2 and 3 locks. This is very much needed as many locks in the game are this level.

You only need to bring 21 Moons top Mr Moon in order to fully upgrade Alohomora. But for the “Demiguise Dread” trophy / achievement you need to get all of the Demiguide Statues.

This Demiguise Moon guide will go over all their locations in an order which will not have you backtracking. Some of the Demiguise Statues are behind locked doors of level 2 and 3, so you’ll need to get other ones first before you can get these ones. I took this into account in this guide and ordered them in a specific way.

There are a total of 20 Landing Platforms to find in Hogwarts Legacy. Finding and landing on them will add to the “Landing Platforms” exploration challenge and will give you the quidditch set for finding all of them.

To mark them as complete, simply land your broom on the Landing Platform and then stand in the middle. Do this with all 20 to complete the challenge and earn the Quidditch set.

Note: You can open Eye Chests (500 Gold per Chest) by casting the Disillusionment Charm (invisibility spell) on yourself out of sight of the Chest’s eye. The House Tokens can be found in House Cabinets, opened by finding the corresponding Daedalian Key. This is where to find all 16 Daedalian Keys to open the chest in the common room chest and finish “The Daedalian Keys” side quest in Hogwarts Legacy. 1 of them is given to you during the first part of the quest, so that leaves 15 you need to find yourself.

Note: To find some Deadalian Keys, you’ll need to open locked doors. You can open them once you learn the Alohomora spell during the main story.

Once you have them all, bring them to the House Chest in your houses common room. Put all the House Tokens in the chest to receive a unique robe tied to your house.
