In a blizzard of unbeatable Bardock brilliance, Namco Bandai Games has announced that Dragon Ball Z for Kinect will feature a double dose of thrilling exclusive content. The game will include the “Episode of Bardock” directly from the main menu, it’s an episode of the anime that has never previously been available outside Japan. Dragon Ball Z For Kinect will also feature Bardock Super Saiyan as a playable character for the first time ever in the history of Dragon Ball video games!
Coming to Xbox 360, Dragon Ball Z for Kinect features all the classic action and intensity of the Dragon Ball Z universe, but with a new sense of immersion that we’re promised Kinect can deliver on. With your very own fists, you will be able to unleash over 100 moves on your enemies, including the legendary Kamehameha, as you battle your way to victory in this ultimate evolution of the unstoppable franchise.
Developed by Spike Chunsoft Co. Ltd, Dragon Ball Z for Kinect is loaded with epic battles, famous attacks, and over 50 iconic characters authentically recreated from the original manga series. Dragon Ball Z For Kinect lets players unleash the full might of their inner Super Saiyan with no controller in the way.

Making full use of the Kinect sensor, Dragon Ball Z For Kinect will also support QR code functionality, allowing fans to hold up and scan special QR codes to unlock characters and power-ups in the game.
With ‘Story Mode’ and ‘Score Attack’ modes to choose from, players will experience the legendary story, battles and events of the Dragon Ball universe from a first-person perspective for the first time ever. The game’s dramatic fights use anime-style camerawork, with success depending on the player accurately recreating their character’s moves and attacks from key moments in the anime. The combination of CG cut scenes and unique controls lets players experience giant boss battles like never before, while the ‘Score Attack’ mode pits opponents against each other in ferocious 1-on-1 battles to decide the ultimate victor.
Dragon Ball Z for Kinect will blast its way into your (hopefully spacious) livingroom in the first week of October 2012.
