- 00:00:15 – Blood of Lathander
- 00:18:01 – Shar’s Spear of Evening
- 00:20:44 – Devotee’s Mace
- 00:22:01 – Nyrulna
- 00:24:42 – The Orphic Hammer
- 00:37:11 – Balduran’s Giantslayer & Helm of Balduran — At 40:00 you can just Remove Curse on the Judge and that clears the Shroud Curse on all 3 paintings, saving you the 2 spell slots/scrolls.
- 00:51:46 – Crimson Mischief & Blade of the First Blood (Bloodthirst) — At 53:00 you don’t need to kill Orin first and loot her. Just do the fight normally and Crimson Mischief will be on her body. When you go to loot her body for the Netherstone after the fight, you automatically loot Bloodthirst as well.
- 00:53:54 – Gloves of Soul Catching
- 01:10:22 – Helldusk Armor
- 01:11:34 – Markoheshkir

To get the spear you have to:
1 – Convince Shadowheart to spare Nightsong life.
2 – Complete the Act 2 main story quest up to the point where you go to the Baldur’s Gate.
3 – In the camp after you cross the Baldur’s Gate you will get a talk with Shadowheart and Nightsong.
4 – At the end of this talk you will get the Legendary spear.
- Silver Sword of the Astral Plane
To get this sword you need not to kill him during first encounter, then he will come to you at night asking for help. Then you will make a deal with Raphael and then you will get the sword.
You can also meet Voss later on in the Undercity if you refuse Raphael here and show him the hammer, and he gives you the same reward.
- Mask of shapeshifter – The final Legendary item you will find in the camp chest if you have Deluxe Edition of game.
