- Good Riddence! (15G) — Kill 53,600 Ridden over your career.
Tip: Farm Ridden kills at the one infinite spawns spot in the game. It can be done in online Co-op Mode in “Act 3: The Road To Hell” in the prison gate corridor as you “Continue to the Laboratory”. — Full guide on our “Back 4 Blood Cheats” page.
- Snitches Get Stitches (15G) — Kill a Snitch without it alerting the horde.
- Breakfest (15G) — Kill a Monstrous Breaker after removing all of its armor.
- Jugger-not (15G) — Make a Breaker hurt itself.
- Brute Force (15G) — Kill an Ogre with the Howitzer.
- No Time for a Nap (15G) — Revive a fallen teammate.
- Hippocrates Would be Proud (15G) — Heal a teammate.
- Share the Load (15G) — Drop some ammo for a teammate.
- Don’t Ask… (15G) — Rescue a teammate from a cocoon.
- Cleanup Crew (15G) — Complete a mission without any players being incapacitated or killed.
- Expanding the Arsenal (15G) — Spend your first Supply Point.
- Grateful Eight (15G) — Complete a mission with each Cleaner.
- Squad Up (15G) — Form a party in Fort Hope.
- Apocalypse Pacifist (15G) — Complete a map without any players on the team killing a single Ridden.
Tip: This can most easily be done in Act 1: Resurgence by playing in online Co-op Mode with one human player in a private lobby (both with lots of stamina Cards equipped), so that the other two players get filled in with two bots and this will also lower the total zombie spawns.
- Dead Quiet (15G) — Complete a map without ever triggering a horde from Reekers, Birds, Snitches, or alarms.
Note: This achievement is covered in the “Apocalypse Pacifist” section above.
- Stacked Deck (15G) — Have at least 25 cards in play at once.
- Jukebox Hero (15G) — Defend the jukebox in Bar Room Blitz without it breaking.
Tip: This can be done in Act 1: Bar Room Blitz by playing in online Co-op Mode with one human player in a private lobby (with you two playing as Hoffman & Walker and picking Cards that give you extra offensive inventory items like at least 4 pipe bombs and 4 razor wires). With two human players, the other two players get filled in with two bots, thus lowering the zombie spawns for the 3 minutes you and the jukebox need to survive with the music on.
- Nemesis (15G) — Safely descend the ladder in the construction zone in Resurgence.
Note: This achievement is covered in the “Apocalypse Pacifist” section above.
- Down, But Not Out (15G) — Kill 15 enemies while downed.
- Brought a Knife to a Gunfight (15G) — Complete a level while getting at least 50 kills with melee weapons.
- Smorgasbord (15G) — Kill at least one of each non-boss Mutation.
- A Humerus Weapon (15G) — Kill 10 Ridden with Bob’s Arm.
Location: This can be earned in Act 2: The Handy Man for killing 10 Ridden with Bob’s Arm. You’ll first need to destroy all the Nests to find Bob’s Arm, which is a Mission Item you can pick up from the middle of the last destroyed Nest.
- Swarmed (15G) — Win a game in Swarm Mode.
- Port Man Toe? (15G) — Find the secret in “The Devil’s Return”.

- Bell Hop (15G) — Find the secret in “Search & Rescue”.

- Easily Mist (15G) — Find the secret in “Blue Dog Hollow”.
- Cooped Up (15G) — Find the secret in “The Armory”.
- Dangerous To Go Alone (15G) — Find the secret in “Plan B”.
- Cryptozoologist (15G) — Find the secret in “Job 10:22”.
