The E3 2021 Ubisoft Press Conference broadcast aired today, has revealed brand new information about Ubisoft’s PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X & Switch games lineup. Ubisoft’s E3 2021 keynote conference started on June 12th at 1:00PM PDT (Pacific USA) / 4:00PM EDT (Eastern USA) / 9:00PM BST (London) / 6:00AM AEST (Sydney, Australia) and lasted an hour excluding the pre- and post-show. The biggest world premieres included Just Dance 2022, Mario + Rabbids 2: Sparks of Hope, Avatar 2: Frontiers of Pandora videogame, Far Cry 6 Season Pass, Wherewolves Within movie. And gameplay reveals for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Extraction, and Rocksmith+.

  • Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Extraction CGI trailer shows your Operators team battle alien parasites! Gameplay trailer shown as well. The aliens take over by nesting in each map, like Alaska, and you must take it back. Release date is September 16, 2021 on PC, PlayStation and Xbox platforms. More info at Rainbowsixextraction.com.
  • Rocksmith+ world premiere trailer shows what’s next for the music playing game that lets you play with a real guitar. After 10 years we get an Interactive Music Learning subscription service for PC, console & mobile devices. No extra accessories needed thanks to the microphone on those devices.   • Riders Republic gameplay shown. Biking, snowboarding, gliding and jetbiking?! Release date is September 2, 2021 on all platforms.
  • Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Siege at 200.000 concurrent players already. PC, Stadia & Luna cross-play launching on June 30, 2021 and expanding to consoles in 2022. Animated story short shown, Thunderbird joins Team Nomad. More at Rainbowsixgame.com.
  • Next, expansions / updates are shown for For Honor, TrackMania, Brawlhalla gets a TMNT cross-over, The Crew 2, Watchdogs 2: Legion.
  • Just Dance 2022 world premiere trailer shown! Featuring Todrick Hall’s dance song remade with new lyrics for the game. Release date on all platforms on November 4, 2021. 40+ songs. More at Justdancegame.com.
  • Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla gets expanded. New Challenges and game experience improvements (AKA bug fixes), but they’ll include free updates. Wrath of the Druids 1st DLC expansion shown, was released a few weeks ago. The Siege of Paris is the 2nd DLC expansion coming Summer 2021. More expansion DLCs coming in 2022, teaser shows a lava gate with runes lighting up.
  • Mythic Quest TV show trailer shows upcoming episodes for the Apple+ TV show.
  • Wherewolves Within movie announcement trailer. Based on the Ubisoft game. Coming June 25, 2021 and the month after on streaming platforms.
  • Far Cry 6 trailer shows president Anton’s son Diego trying and failing to escape his father & home country on the San Judas fishing boat. The Far Cry 6 Gold Edition includes the Season Pass. Release date is
  • Far Cry 6 Season Pass includes the return of all Far Cry villains. And Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon included.
  • Mario + Rabbids 2: Sparks of Hope world premiere trailer shown! The Switch-exclusive turn-based strategy game returns. Coming 2022. The Raving Rabbids are always funny! Going beyond the Mushroom Kingdom, you must now save the entire Galaxy. The daft-looking Sparks came from the joining of Stars and Rabbids, it’s a next-level cross-over with new action elements.   • Avatar 2: Frontiers of Pandora videogame world premiere trailer shown! Uses Ubisoft’s newest Snowdrop engine. Does that mean the Avatar 2 movie is finally coming out next year? First-person action-adventure game. The game is coming in 2022 to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, Stadia, Luna.
  • Ubisoft+ subscription service trailer shown. I hope that like EA Play’s subscription service this also comes to Xbox Game Pass for Xbox & PC platforms.
  • Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot thanks his development teams. Did he say it was a challenging year because of Corona? Or because of all the work bullying, toxic culture and alleged sexual harassment cases that have popped up at Ubisoft. Even a year later people aren’t forgetting you only posted a lame letter addressing it, and only fired the one outed team leader… time to clean ship Yves and take your staff’s claims seriously.
