Unlockable Gear Items & Bonus Slots
How to unlock Limited Items: The “Ninjala Story Pack: Chapter One“, that’s released alongside Season 1 of the game, will give players the opportunity to earn exclusive rewards not obtainable anywhere else.
Complete “Chapter 1” of the US$4.49 / AU$6.65 / €4,49 / £3.29 paid story mode to get 6 Limited Items (Gear). It’s got a 55% discount until July 14th, 2020.
Getting Gold Medals seems to be required to get the last 3 of the 6 Limited Items (Loco Soda Cap, Loco Soda Backpack, and Crazy Soda Rampage). — For example, in Episode 3 you need to get a score of 70,000 to get a Gold Medal.
The 6 Limited Items are: (See them in-game by pressing the – button on the Story menu screen)
- Loco Soda Cap
- Loco Soda Backpack
- Crazy Soda Rampage
- Space Ninja Mask
- Sparkling Space Ninja
- Utsusemi Loco Soda
You need to get the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medals in all 4 Episodes required to unlock more passive bonus slots. (You can also get these from the 950 Jala paid Ninjala Pass AKA the game’s Battle Pass.)
With a Ninjala Pass, you’ll earn limited-edition avatar items and Jala just by progressing in the game.
You can craft gum weapons using Ninja-Gum, essentially consumable one-time-use items. Twelve types of gum weapons will be introduced in Season 1!
Unlockable Hard Mode
How to unlock Hard Mode: Complete the Prologue Episode and all 4 Episodes in the “Ninjala Story Pack: Chapter One” paid story mode to unlock Hard Mode for story mode.
On the “Select Episode” menu screen, press the + button on your controller to activate Hard Mode and then start playing the Episodes.
Claim 200 Free Jala & 10 IPPON Gum (Flame)
Free 100 Jala: When playing the game during the launch period, you’ll receive a Release Day Bonus Mail in your in-game inbox that’s sent out on June 24th, 2020. Open the Mail and press OK to receive 100 x Jala (Free).
Free 100 Jala & IPPON Gum (Flame): To celebrate 1 million downloads of the free-to-play title on June 25th, 2020, the game creators sent everyone who downloaded the game another Commemorative Gift via the in-game Mail system. Open the Mail and press OK to receive another 100 x Jala (Free) and the IPPON Gum (Flame) x 10. Available to claim until 7PM PDT on August 26th, 2020.
