Xbox Series X Games List

So far the Xbox Series X games list adds up to 30 video games announced for the next-gen Xbox Series X console that will be released in Fall 2020. Confirmed launch games include Halo Infinite*. Plus plenty of Xbox One year-2020 games that are listed below will be Xbox Series X optimized.

All original Xbox, Xbox 360 and Xbox One games that have been made backwards compatible for Xbox One will be backwards compatible with the Xbox Series X AKA Xbox 4 console at its launch! In fact, these games from previous Xbox generations will look better with added HRD support.

Note: More games coming! Sarah Bond, head of partnerships at Microsoft Xbox, has said at a recent Xbox 20/20 event that developer studios are working on 100’s of games for the Xbox Series X. Microsoft even showed a picture that included the names of these studios that are working on future games for the console: Activision-Blizzard, Bethesda, Bandai Namco, 2K, Capcom, Bungie, Dontnod, Epic Games, Hi-Rez Studios, Gearbox, Konami, Koch Media, Pearl Abyss, Perfect World, Roblox, Sega, Saber Interactive, Square Enix, THQ Nordic, Ubisoft, Wargaming, PUBG, Remedy & Crystal Dynamics.

*Halo Infinite will be a free download at the Xbox Series X launch for those of you with an Xbox Live Ultimate subscription, since all Microsoft’s first-party titles are part of that games subscription service on day one. Nice!
