  2. Healing Station / Storage Unit Usage

  3. Join the Free Temtem Society

Up next, you can progress further into the story. After you beat the first Dojo on the first island and take the airship to the second island, you’ll reach Route 5, Canopath, which is a small area with a Breeding Center and a small shack. When you go inside this wooden shack it is revealed to be the “FreeTem!” Free Temtem Society you’re looking for. Join them.

  4. Start Freeing Temtem from Storage

Now return to the Healing Station / Storage Unit, and you can start releasing the Temtem you don’t want back into the wild. On each TemCard you have the option to select a “Send to” action at the bottom, in this case you’ll want to choose “Release” to set the Temtem free.

  5. Claim your Temtem Money Reward

Go back to the “FreeTem!” Free Temtem Society shack and talk to the FreeTem! Coordinator to collect the total Temtem currency reward! The higher the Tem levels and capture ratios, the higher your reward will be per Temtem. – As a bonus for setting free at least 200 Temtem per week you’ll also receive 5 Silicon Shards.

Additional money making methods…

Money Method #2: Beat swimmers to gain resell-able Tiny Crystals! If you go to the water level of Windward Fort and surf to the left, there’s more Clan Belsoto fights. Then if you go to the right and South-West a bit, there’s a swimmer, beat him and say you beat all the Clan Belsoto, and he’ll reward you with 30 Tiny Crystals, that you can sell.

Money Method #3: Press the A key to interact with the environment to search trash cans and boxes to get yourself some loot! If you keep searching the cans and boxes, you will eventually find out useful items like money and health items from them.

Additionally, if you see white sparkles in the water, waterfalls, bushes, grass or even trashcans, that means there are hidden items that can be picked up at that spot. These secret items appear even outside of quest items.

Note to save money: Don’t lose battles, use a Smoke Bomb instead (which brings your Temtem to a Healing Center, so you do have to walk back). And train up your Temtem and use the Healing Center to save money on healing items. Don’t be afraid to back track to save that cash! Have a good balance between back-tracking and healing items, because fainting in battle results in a loss of Temtem currency.
