Bright Memory: Infinite is a first-person action shooter set in a future city in 2036, in which strange phenomena suddenly start to appear in the sky all over the world that scientists cannot explain. A mysterious organization called Super Nature Research Organization send several team members to investigate the phenomena, who discover that the survival of “two worlds” are at stake.
According to FYQD-Studio, Bright Memory: Infinite is still in early development. While users who purchased Bright Memory: Episode 1 on Steam Early Access will automatically be upgraded to Bright Memory: Infinite (the Steam page for Bright Memory: Episode 1 will also change to Bright Memory: Infinite), a followup episode will not be developed.
“Bright Memory: Episode 1 is kind of a demo or crowdfunded version due to unexpected sales performance,” FYQD-Studio’s Zeng Xiancheng said in an update. “And since we have the appropriate conditions now, we are planning on refining this game. We are going to remake all of the plot and levels while keeping the action core.”
Xiancheng continued, “The followup plot of Bright Memory: Episode 1 will not be developed. We will regularly update some experimental features in Episode 1 for players to experience. Bright Memory: Infinite will be released as the final version after completing development. The gameplay process will still be about three hours but the price will be increased slightly. ,”
