Retro Studios may be working on a Star Fox racing game spin-off, according to Eurogamer.
Rumors of the Star Fox racing game appeared on Reddit and 4Chan this weekend, the latter of which included a logo (pictured), and Eurogamer weighed in today saying that while it has not heard the project’s official name, other details line up with what it has heard.
According to the Reddit post, the game will be “something like Diddy Kong Racing mixed with F-Zero, but more like F-Zero gameplay. It will have an adventure mode of some kind (think Diddy Kong Racing), and there will be boss fights and a hub world like it, too.”
Of course, consider none of this confirmed until an official announcement is made by Nintendo.
