Infinite XP Cheat:
Here’s how to get a lot of Experience Points (XP) with an easily repeatable glitch using Labors (this works up to at least God of War Patch 1.12).
• Step 1: Find a Labor you are about to complete.
• Step 2: Complete the Labor mid-combat for the XP bonus.
• Step 3: Pause, unpause.
• Step 4: Die to reset to last checkpoint.
• Step 5: Repeat Steps 1-4 over and over!
Tips: How much until you have enough to max? 200,000 to 250,000 XP.
You can do it with the parrying, and get it up to 99 with the nightmare (flying eyeballs). Then when you meet the World Serpent and Brok gets his new shop. Go back out the door you came in on and run across the bridge. There 3 enemies with swords will run up to you. Parry the first enemy, follow the steps above: pause and check Labors, then stand there and die. This will result in you continuing to respawn in the shop (upgrade/save there and then continue the glitch).
An even faster way is just beyond that. Go through the mission door, and freeze the poison traps until you get to the 3rd. A snake/lion-like monster will jump out (with 99 parries earned) just parry the monster once. Pause the game just to check that it logged, then run into the poison smoke to quickly kill yourself?.
Note: If you’re worried about a future patch update, simply go into your PS4 Settings and uncheck connection to Wi-Fi, then you’ll get no surprise updates while playing? God of War.
Unlockable Bonus Niflheim Realm:
There are a total of 4 Niflheim Cipher Pieces in God of War that you need to find in order to unlock the Niflheim Realm, which contains the Ivaldi’s Workshop which allows you to farm Mist Echos. (You will also complete the “The Realm of Fog” Favor upon finding all Niflheim Cipher Pieces.)
You need to collect all the treasure from the workshops central chamber for the “Darkness and Fog” trophy. You also need to find all the cipher collectibles for the “Trilingual” trophy.
Note: A lot of these require abilities that you don’t unlock until very late in the story. So it’s best to follow this guide after finishing the main story.
