NIS America is bringing Falcom action RPG Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana to Switch this summer, the company announced.

In addition to the standard edition, a $99.99 limited edition will also be available. It includes a copy of the game, “The Codex of Adol Christin: Periplus of the Goethe Sea Writing Materials” hardcover book, softcover art book, official soundtrack, Mistilteinn replica letter opener, and collector’s box. It is available for pre-order now on the NIS America Online Store.

About Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana

Adol awakens shipwrecked and stranded on a cursed island. There, he and the other shipwrecked passengers he rescues form a village to challenge fearsome beasts and mysterious ruins on the isolated island. Amidst this, Adol begins to dream of a mysterious blue-haired maiden living in an unknown world. Join Adol as he unravels the riddle of the cursed isle and the blue-haired maiden Dana in Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana

Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana first launched for PS Vita in Japan in July 2016, followed by PlayStation 4 in May 2017, and for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita in North America and Europe in September 2017. A PC version will be released on January 30 alongside a localization update patch for the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita versions.
