Dead Rising Being Remastered? PS4 Trophies Appear (Update)

A PlayStation 4 trophy list for the original Dead Rising has surfaced online.

Dead Rising first launched for Xbox 360 in 2006, and a remake called Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop launched for Wii in 2009. The original game was never released on a PlayStation platform.

Dead Rising 4, a re-imagining of the original Dead Rising in a Christmas setting, is due out for Xbox One and PC this holiday.

In related news, trophies also surfaced for a PlayStation 4 version of Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2, which was rated for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in Taiwan last month.

Update: Capcom has confirmed it will bring Dead Rising to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, and Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, the company confirmed.

“Capcom will be bringing Dead Rising to Xbox One, PS4 and PC,” Capcom confirmed to Eurogamer. “In addition, Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record will make their way onto Xbox One and PS4. We will have more news to share soon.”
