Square Enix has released first gameplay footage from the Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue demo playable at E3 2016.

The footage largely shows Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth by Sleep: A Fragmentary Passage, an original playable episode starring Aqua. Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue also includes a 60 frames per second remaster of Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance, and Kingdom Hearts Chi: Back Cover, a new tale told through HD cinematics that sheds light on the mysterious foretellers.

Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue is due out worldwide for PlayStation 4 in December.
