How To Unlock All Street Fighter 5 costumes

At the game’s Western launch on February 16th 2016, there will be many alternate costumes available. At the start only the default costume is available for each character, but there will be alternate story costumes, battle costumes & premium costumes unlockable in this new game.

Note: If you’re on the Character Select screen, by selecting the character of your choice to play with you’ll afterwards (before you start) get the option to change the “Costume” and “Color” of the outfit your character is wearing. Press right and/or left on your controller/keyboard to switch between a certain character’s available different costumes / colors.

Season Pass DLC – Premium Costumes List:

DLC Tip: There are 6 exclusive DLC costumes in the Season Pass. As you know, the Street Fighter 5 Season Pass includes 6 additional characters, but what’s new is that for each DLC character it also includes a “premium alternate costume” for Alex, Guile, Balrog, Ibuki, Juri, and Urien.

• Alex (Premium Costume)How To Unlock: Only available as part of the $30 Season Pass DLC in March 2016; Or unlocks as paid DLC for $4 individually.

Future Note: It’s unknown if the in March 2016 upcoming in-game store will offer a way to unlock all paid DLC alternate costumes by buying them per character with the in-game Fight Money currency. Since costumes are not gameplay-related content, most likely the battle costumes and premium costumes will become/remain paid DLC in exchange for real money.

Costume Colors Note:

Each fighter has 10 color options per unique costume, but only the first two colors are available for each fighter’s individual costume. In order to get all colors, you’ll need to complete Survival Mode’s first three of the four difficulty levels (Easy, Normal & Hard) with each individual character wearing the specific costume you want to unlock the colors for.
