Assassin’s Creed Syndicate: Jack the Ripper Walkthrough

The Jack the Ripper campaign takes place 20 years after the events of Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, and tells the story of the world’s most infamous serial killer.

Set during the Autumn of Terror in Whitechapel, 1888, a killer’s abominable acts of murder and mutilation terrorize London, creating widespread panic and worldwide media attention. Players will join forces with Inspector Frederick Abberline of Scotland Yard to hunt down Jack the Ripper in a deadly game of cat and mouse with the infamous serial killer.

Jack the Ripper is available separately for Assassin’s Creed Syndicate players for $15, or as part of the Season Pass for $30.

Memory 1: Prologue

Introduction: The streets of London are filled with fear and Evie Frye is on the trail of one of history’s most mysterious killers. The new Assassin’s Creed Syndicate Jack the Ripper campaign puts you in the shoes of Evie once more as she returns to London after being absent for 20 years. Armed with some new skills, she must investigate a series of crimes that draw her deep into the dark underworld of Victorian London’s Whitechapel district.

Mission 1 Description: Jack the Ripper has embarked on a brutal reign of terror and murder that has shocked London to its core and threatened the very existence of the Brotherhood of Assassins. With Scotland Yard unable to catch this unstoppable killer, a Master Assassin is drawn from the shadows into a dangerous game of cat and mouse that will threaten everything the Brotherhood holds dear.

Memory 2: Autumn of Terror

Mission 2 Description: Evie is summoned back to London by her brother after a long sojourn in India, only to learn that Jacob has mysteriously disappeared in the Autumn of Jack the Ripper’s Terror. The investigation begins.

Memory 3: The Unfortunates

Mission 3 Description: Evie begins her investigation in Jacob’s lodgings, in the hopes that her missing brother has left her a clue to finding Jack the Ripper.
Challenges:
– Frighten 3 enemies
– Hijack the carriage

Arriving from India, Evie was met by Inspector Abberline who informed her of the gruesome Whitechapel Murders — and of her brother’s disappearance. In under 2 months, the Press had turned Jack the Ripper into a legend. Evie’s only evidence was an Assassin’s ring found on the site of the Ripper’s first victim… Had an Assassin working for Jacob assumed ‘Polly’ Nichols’ identity?
Evie goes to Jacob’s Whitechapel lodgings to continue her investigation…

Memory 4: The Lady Talks

Mission 4 Description: Evie targets Lady Owers in her manor northwest of London. If ‘Lady O’ is truly Jack the Ripper’s ‘eyes and ears’ of the city, assassinating her should lure him into the light.
Challenges:
– Escape without being detected
– Frighten 10 enemies

Evie’s Story So Far…
A photograph in Jacob’s lodgings revealed that ‘The Ripper’ was an initiate whom Jacob had brought to train with the Indian Assassins as a boy. If Jacob’s student had surpassed his master, then Evi was in for the fight of her life.
Evie rescued Jacob’s brothel contact and learned that Nellie’s ‘Madam’, Lady Owers, was the Ripper’s ‘eyes and ears in London’. Evie travels to Owers Manor to assassinate ‘Lady O’ and lure Jack out of the shadows…

Memory 5: Letters of Intent

Mission 5 Description: Evie searches for the man in the photograph.
Challenges:
– Don’t let the lookout raise the alarm

Evie’s Story So Far…
Evie assassinated Lady Owers and confirmed her collusion with ‘the Ripper’. She found a photo with the faces of all but a certain Mr. Weaversbrook crossed off, and learned from Lady O that he would soon join the Ripper’s other victims. Jack’s operations extended well beyond organized prostitution to kidnapping, extortion and mruder of elite Londoners… Where the Whitechapel Murders a gruesome distraction to cover for Jack’s other activities? Still no sign of Jacob… Evie returns to London to speak with the Inspector and find Mr. Weaversbrook.
