This is the Dead or Alive: Xtreme 3 (Fortune & Venus) characters list for the upcoming PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and PlayStation VR-supported third installment in the “take pictures of sexy girls in skimpy outfits and watch them play around with each other”-simulator, last seen on the original Xbox with the first game (Dead or Alive: Xtreme Beach Volleyball, 2003) and Xbox 360 with the sequel (Dead or Alive Xtreme 2, 2006).
There will only be 9 characters in Dead or Alive Xtreme 3; with reportedly no additional characters to be added via DLC (I find this XTREMELY hard to believe); male characters may also make appearances outside of Zack, for the first time in the series.
The list of 9 characters were voted on by Japanese fans, out of a pool of 15. It’s worth noting that “Dead or Alive Xtreme 3: Fortune” is the name of the PS4 title, whereas “Dead or Alive Xtreme 3: Venus” is the name of the PS Vita title. The PS4 version supports PlayStation VR for Virtual Reality oogling.
