Batman: Arkham 5 Hints Discovered

Find out about all the Batman: Arkham 5 hints, for the would-be sequel to Batman: Arkham Knight, that have been found throughout the game. Due to the fact that Batman: Arkham Knight is sure to be a huge seller on new-gen consoles, one would imagine that Warner Bros. will continue the series with a fifth game. Maybe it could even be “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice – The Video Game” or a Suicide Squad game? 😀

Although Rocksteady already stated they will not make another Arkham game after their trilogy finished with Arkham Knight (their next game is rumored to be a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game), it is very likely that Arkham Origins developer Warner Bros. Games Montreal has already been hard at work on a new Batman game after the release of Arkham Origins, two years ago, back in 2013.

Batman: Arkham 5 Hints

*SPOILER ALERT*

Don’t continue reading if you don’t want to know about any of these hints that are found in Batman: Arkham Knight pointing towards Batman: Arkham 5.

Watch the true ending of Batman: Arkham Knight to see a cameo by Azrael. You get this most complete ending after you lock up all Gotham’s Most Wanted villians behind bars at GCPD Detention.

Who knows who the dark figure at the very end actually is — Azrael or Batman? — the muggers saw the same vision as Scarecrow did when he was injected with fear toxin.

Other rumors suggest that Warner Bros. Games Montreal may be working on an open-world Superman game.

On top of that, as far back as 2011’s Arkham City, Azrael talks about batman being the hero that will soon “close Hell’s gates”. So it’s been a long time coming.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Game Hints

Here’s a video showing some of the Superman hints in Arkham Knight that could lead up to “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice – The Video Game” appearing alongside the movie in March 2016.

Suicide Squad Game Hints

Both the endings of Batman: Arkham Origins and Batman: Origins Blackgate feature military woman Amanda Waller approaching Deathstroke, Deadshot, Bronze Tiger and Rick Flag about joining the Suicide Squad, clearly hinting at a possible game or tie-in to the Arkham series.

Comic book writer & Chief Creative Officer at DC Comics, Geoff Johns, said back in February 2012 that a Suicide Squad game was in development!

To quote: “We’re working on Suicide Squad; it’s in development right now. I’m really super excited about it. Because of the concept, you have a game where any of the lead characters can conceivably die and it’s not a stunt. Something really cool story could come out of that.”

This would fall in line with the Suicide Squad movie being released in August 2016, as video games often get released alongside big-budget comic book-based movies.
