This the PS4-exclusive pre-order bonus for Batman: Arkham Knight. And it will be available post-launch for everyone on all platforms (presumably in the Season Pass).

Synopsis: Batman: Arkham Knight brings all-out war to Gotham City. The hit-and-run skirmishes of Batman: Arkham Asylum, which escalated into the devastating conspiracy against the inmates in Batman: Arkham City, culminates in the ultimate showdown for the future of Gotham. At the mercy of Scarecrow, the fate of the city hangs in the balance as he is joined by a huge roster of other infamous villains.

Scarecrow Nightmare 1:

“Battle Scarecrow and survive the nightmare! Race through the burning streets of Gotham as Scarecrow attacks your with his giant needles, fireballs and summons a demon army to engulf you in the darkness.”

Scarecrow Nightmare 2:

“The battle continues as you race across Miagani Island! Face off once again as Scarecrow unleashes his nightmare forces and makes it rain cars down from the sky.”

Scarecrow Nightmare 3:

“Bring Scarecrow’s nightmare to an end as you engage in the final epic showdown! Hunt Scarecrow down across Founders’ Island before taking on the master of terror in the heart of Gotham for the last time.”
