Priced at $100 & $150, the Destiny Collector’s Editions for all four console systems (PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One & Xbox 360) have been announced by Halo developer Bungie and publisher Activision.
As Destiny is arguably the single most highly anticipated videogame release of the year, Bungie truly went all out in offering some incredible extras for these pricey Limited Edition sets.

There are two major Collector’s Editions announced by Bungie, along with a third for those who are buying exclusively digitally and don’t want any of the physical items. In the latter case, you will get most of the same stuff but in digital form.
The highlight of the Collector’s Editions is the more expensive physical “Ghost Edition”. Encased in a very large, snazzy chest, it includes a large physical replica of your in-game Ghost companion, complete with working lights & sounds from the game! Huzzah!

Destiny is one heck of an awesome project, and both Halo fans, sci-fi fans, and FPS fans in general are sure to be super excited for what Bungie has offered. Happy to see them not only create such a unique and awesome gaming experience, but also go the extra mile in offering consumers multiple choices for physical Collector’s Editions items.
