Blizzard has included new Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls Legendary Items in the new expansion pack to replace Diablo 2’s Unique Items. Check out the locations guide below to find out where they have been discovered!
Legendary Items are powerful with many preset properties that appear on the same legendary items, although there are a few random properties depending on the Legendary Items that you can pickup in-game.
Note: Some of the balance tweaks that come with the Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls “Loot 2.0” patch add many more Legendary Items.

How to find Legendary Items in Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls
Tip: Special Legendary and Set Items will only drop if you play on Torment+ difficulty levels.

* It’s is one of the new Reaper of Souls features along with the auction house being removed. Legendary and Set items are now Bind on Account. Players in multiplayer games may trade Legendaries and Set Items they find with others who were present for the drop for up to 2 hours after the item is acquired.
