How to find missing Audio Diaries & Voxophones?: In-game the Audio Diaries & Voxophones will appear simply as white & red colored tapedeck used to play audio tapes through its speaker on top. You can spot it from a distance (with its white glowing outline) as it’ll give out a pulsing light. You can pick it up to collect when you stand next to it. It can be confirmed as being Audio Diaries & Voxophones simply by walking up to it, as the on-screen text will then tell you can press the action button/key to “Pick Up Voxophone” or “Pick Up Audio Diary”, after which it’ll play said audio log.

Does the game save each Audio Diaries & Voxophones you collect?: Yes, the game will automatically save the Audio Diaries & Voxophones you just collected if you picked up the Audio Diary & Voxophone.
