Ikari Warriors Review by Angry Video Game Nerd

This is Episode 110 in a series of reviews of bad video games by the Angry Video Game Nerd. Watch as the Angry Nerd reviews the NES version of the 80’s run & gun game Ikari Warriors.

Just to let you know, I was under the impression that the Nerd was on hiatus filming “Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie” during 2013. Luckily, as it turns out, he did make a handful of episodes and we’ll be catching up with them from here on out! 😀

The Ikari Warriors box description reads: “Ikari Warriors: America’s Arcade hit comes home! — You and a friend are warriors with secret orders to invade an enemy nation. Working together as a team, you must fight for survival against a relentless onslaught of enemies!”

The Nerd revives some help from behind the couch to get through one of his childhood-haunting games: Ikari Warriors. As always, comedic yet coarse language ahead.

Next, we go behind-the-scenes with the team’s outtakes on Ikari Warriors.

PS: The wait is still on for the Nintendo Wii U & 3DS versions of the new Angry Video Game Nerd Adventures game. But if you can’t wait any longer, you can currently get it for 55% off the price at Steam for the PC version.
