Super Mario 3D World Stamps
How to find missing Stamps?: In-game the Stamps will appear simply as white-sparkling blue colored stamps (with a yellow underside that has a questionmark stamp print on it) spread throughout the game’s levels. You can pick them up to collect them by walking / jumping / flying / pipe-traveling / skiing (you get the idea) over the Stamp and touching it. They can be confirmed as being Stamps, as on-screen the Stamp will disappear and a “4000” score will appear briefly.
How to find the final 5 missing Stamps?: While 80 Stamps can be found at a rate of 1 per level, 5 Stamps can only be collected when all 5 characters complete every level in the game, that’s including levels from the 4 bonus Special Worlds (Star, Mushroom, Flower & Crown).
Here’s a trick that makes it much faster and easier! By playing through the level alone and then logging in 3 more Wiimote/Classic controllers once you’re near the flagpole and positioning the 4 characters around the flagpole’s top & bottom parts. This results in all 4 character being able to jump on the flagpole fast, since once the first characters hits it you only have a few seconds left for the rest to make it. This way the first time there will be 4 different characters jumping on and you’ll only have to play each level a second time with the 5th individual playable character to meet the requirement. That’s much easier than playing each level 5 times!
Does the game save each Stamps you collect?: Yes, at the end of each level the game will automatically save the Stamps you just collected.
