How to unlock extra Gold by reading Ryse comics online:

By reading the 3 digital issues of the “Ryse: Sword of Damocles” online comic on Xbox.com, you’ll encounter stacks of gold coins throughout the comic’s pages. Click on those gold coins and then fill out your Xbox One gamertag name to unlock said gold coins to spend in the Xbox One game Ryse: Son of Rome! 😀

There’s up to 150 gold to be discovered in the 3 comic books:
• In Issue 1 the 50 Gold is on pages 5, 6, 8, 14, 17, 19.
• In Issue 2 the 50 Gold is on pages 4, 7, 10, 14, 20.
• In Issue 3 the 50 Gold is on pages 5, 6, 15, 17, 19, 23.

You’ll know you were successful when you get the on-screen message saying: “You’ve found Gold! Enter your Xbox gamertag below [and press the Save button]. The Gold will be available when you play Ryse: Son of Rome on Xbox One!”

How To Unlock Skill Upgrades

How to unlock all Skill Upgrades:

• You can unlock Skill Upgrades through gameplay earnings, named Valor from Singleplayer or Gold from Multiplayer.
• Or you can read the online “Ryse: Sword of Damocles” Comic method mentioned in the “Extra Gold” section above.
• Alternatively you can outright buy Gold with real-life money to purchase your progress (known as pay-your-way through the game).

What the 4 DLC Packs in the Ryse: Son of Rome Season Pass Unlock:

Microsoft Studios and Crytek today announced an entire season of upcoming multiplayer content for “Ryse: Son of Rome,” giving players new battlefields, armor, events and more to expand their legacy in the exclusive Xbox One launch title.

Four add-on packs will be released in the months following launch, and with the “Ryse: Son of Rome” Season Pass, you can own all of them, plus exclusive in-game items, for $19.99 (USD) – a more than 25 percent discount versus buying each add-on pack individually.

The Season Pass will be available for purchase at launch and will include:
• Four add-on packs which contain a total of 14 multiplayer maps, a brand-new mode, six player skins, new level events, and access to a new tier of weapons and armor.
• An in-game sword and shield with bonus attributes for use in multiplayer that are exclusive to the Season Pass.

Pre-order Ryse: Son of Rome Day One Edition and receive the Exclusive Gladiator Mode Unlockables:

The Day One Edition of Ryse: Son of Rome will give players access to an exclusive Gladiator Mode Co-Op Multiplayer Map and an exclusive Sword Add-Ons. Owners of the Day One Edition will be able to invite friends who own the Standard Edition to join them on the exclusive map.

• “Legionnaire’s Trust” Exclusive Sword: From the Brotherhood of Metalworkers high in the Swiss Alps comes this well-crafted, finely hammered blade that includes bonus in-game attributes.
• “Ruins” Co-Op Multiplayer Map: Placing gladiators among the columns of an abandoned temple, Ruins will pit players against hordes of Barbarians, attacking from around every corner. The arena changes dynamically during gameplay, adding new obstacles and objectives for the player to encounter and overcome.
