How to find missing Infusions?: In-game the Infusion Upgrades will appear simply as a potion bottle that shifts to the three different colors red, yellow & blue, representing the Health Infusion, Shield Infusion & Salt Infusion (respectively). This to max out your health bar, maximize your shield bar & increase your magic.

You can pick up to collect them when you stand next to it. It can be confirmed as being Infusion Upgrades simply by walking up to it, as the on-screen text will then tell you can press the action button/key to “Pick Up Infusion”.

Does the game save each Infusions you collect?: Yes, the game will automatically save the Infusion Upgrades you just collected if you picked up the Infusion bottle and made your Upgrade choice. But it’s always recommended you at least keep playing until the next checkpoint, so the game definitely saves your collectibles progress.
