BioShock Infinite Infusion Upgrades

How to find missing Infusion Upgrades?: In-game the Infusion Upgrades will appear simply as a potion bottle that shifts to the three different colors red, yellow & blue, representing the Health Infusion, Shield Infusion & Salt Infusion (respectively). This to max out your health bar, maximize your shield bar & increase your magic.

You can pick up to collect them when you stand next to it. It can be confirmed as being Infusion Upgrades simply by walking up to it, as the on-screen text will then tell you can press the action button/key to “Pick Up Infusion”.

Note: While this guide covers the 24 Infusion bottles you can find in the game, if you have pre-order or special edition DLC, you’ll be able to get 5 or 6 more Infusion bottles at the start of the game. That seems to be the only way to fill up the 30 slots to max out all your stats.

Does the game save each Infusion Upgrades you collect?: Yes, the game will automatically save the Infusion Upgrades you just collected if you picked up the Infusion bottle and made your Upgrade choice. But it’s always recommended you at least keep playing until the next checkpoint, so the game definitely saves your collectibles progress.
