Help Elizabeth. Go to Comstock House. Complete the Emporia area.

Chapter 7-B: Access To Comstock’s House
We must We find our way to Comstock’s House. Two big boss fights will take place in this chapter. First is a big Handyman boss battle. Second is the Ghost of Lady Comstock boss fight. After that, Booker and Elizabeth must search the Lutece Lab, Photography Shop, and Bank for the tears they need to find out the truth behind Elizabeth mom’s history — so that Lady Comstock will “lend them a hand” to access Comstock House.
Locations covered in Chapter 7-B are: Downtown Emporia, Thoroughfare, Beggar’s Alley, Harmony Lane, Downtown Emporia, Z.H. Comstock Victory Square, Comstock House Gate (closed), Memorial Gardens, Lady Comstock’s Crypt, Bank of the Prophet Main Hall & Foyer, Market District, Laboratory Lutece.
Handyman Boss Fight Note: The Handyman can temporarily electrocute Sky-lines, damaging anyone riding them. Stay off the Sky-line until this electricity stops!
Lady Comstock Boss Fight Tip: Although her zombie minions are immune to crows, you can use it to stun/damage all of these minions around her, so you can shoot her without interruption.
Tip: With Charge equipped, hold and release the left trigger (or attack key) to charge even harder.
Chapter 8: Higher Learning
The pair return to the Comstock House Gate to finally get access (at 15 minutes into the video walkthrough) to complete this area.
Locations covered in Chapter 8 are: Comstock House Gate, Bridge to Comstock House, Comstock House, “Her Loving Embrace”, Warden’s Office.
Chapter 8-B: Rescue Elizabeth
Booker enters Comstock House to save Elizabeth from Songbird. But because of all the tears somehow over 6 months (to a lifetime) have passed and Elizabeth has been brainwashed – through torture and indoctrination – into a darker future version of herself, without Booker to give her hope.
Locations covered in Chapter 8-B are: Security Center and Warden’s Office in the future. Then the 1912/present time: Surgery Room, The Library, Comstock House Roof.
