Instead of finishing the story mode or playing a lot of battles, here’s a fast way to unlock character from past Ninja Storm games in Ultimate Ninja Storm 3.

Have Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 save data on the system you’re playing on. This unlocks almost all characters from the previous two games from the start of the game.
