When the captain of a seedy cruise ship sells out to the psychotic island pirates – you and your crewmates spring to action. Hunt down the rogue captain and get back what’s rightfully yours – the ship’s safe full of valuables.

Far Cry 3 Co-Op Walkthrough

Experience the island through the eyes of four castaways in their own quest for revenge. Leonard, Mikhail, Tisha and Callum debut in Far Cry 3’s four-player co-op campaign.

Disgraced and forgotten, the courageous crew set out to escape their pasts and establish new lives. Now, forced into a bloody conflict, they will have to evoke skills from their shady history to eliminate the pirates. You’ll be able to play as any of four new characters.

You and your friends will journey through six distinct co-op campaign chapters that will lead you closer to the stolen money, and in a turn, deeper into the island of insanity.

Although co-op is mainly about team-play, there are also unique challenges where you’ll compete with your team-mates for top scores & bragging rights.

Mission 1: Ready or Not

This co-op walkthrough is played on Insane Difficulty Mode, the hardest difficulty setting.

We start at “The Chase Begins” checkpoint. Follow the captain’s trail along the beach.

Tip: You shouldn’t ignore a downed teammate. Go up and hold the action button (X on Xbox 360 or Square on PS3) to get him back on his/her feet.

Part 2 of Mission 1 continues from “The Best Defense” checkpoint. Grab the 5 bombs and plant them by the landslide.

Tip: Teammates who are carrying boxes or explosives are slow and can’t shoot. Watch their backs.

Mission 2: Sidetracked

The second co-op mission starts at the “Clearing The Way” checkpoint. Get to the rail yard.

Part 2 of Mission 2 continues from the “Through The Dark” checkpoint. Make it through the cave.

Tip: When a teammate offers a Booster Shot, walk up and press the action button (X on Xbox 360 or Square on PS3) to select the one you want.

Mission 3: Overboard

The third co-op mission starts at the “Under The Radar” checkpoint. Make your way to the shipyard.

Part 2 of Mission 3 continues from the “Safer Waters” checkpoint. Get to the artillery on the beach.

Tip: The big guys can take a lot more bullets than average enemies. Aim for the head and stay out of his way.
