Wii U Unboxing

Satoru Iwata, Nintendo’s President, has made the world’s first Nintendo Wii U unboxing video himself! ๐Ÿ˜€

As part of a Nintendo Direct broadcast from Japan this video is naturally spoken in Japanese, but it doesn’t really need translation, since you can read what’s in the Wii U box in our article that asks “How Much Will The Nintendo Wii U Cost?

Watch the Wii U Premium/Deluxe Set being unboxed.

I think it’s great how he wears gloves to prevent fingerprints and smudges from getting on the polished surfaces of the Wii U and its accessories. It all looks like it’ll fit right alongside my other consoles next to the TV.

Switching to the English version of the Nintendo Direct Broadcast we are shown the Wii U menu’s WaraWara Plaza and Wii U Video Chat.

Here’s the Wii U with New Super Mario Bros U Launch TV Commercial.

Anyone else really like the new hardware smell and shiny system parts when unboxing a brand new console?
