There are 50 Achievements (1 Secret) with a total of 1,000 Gamerscore points to earn in the Xbox 360 version.
There are 51 Trophies (1 Hidden) that can be earned in the PS3 version. Earn Bronze (42), Silver (5), Gold (3), and Platinum (1) Trophies to increase your Gamer Level.
Medal of Honor Warfighter Achievements Guide
1. Warfighter (40G) — Completed the campaign
2. Tier 1 (50G) — Completed the campaign on Tier 1 difficulty
3. Rain of Terror (15G) — Completed Changing Tides
4. Monsoon Lagoon (15G) — Completed Rip Current
5. Unexpected Cargo (15G) — Completed Unintended Consequences
6. One Shot, Three Kills (15G) — Completed Hat Trick
7. Hit the Beach (15G) — Completed Shore Leave
8. Know the Enemy (15G) — Completed Through the Eyes of Evil
9. Non-Official Cover (20G) — Completed Finding Faraz
10. Class Dismissed (20G) — Completed Connect the Dots

Changing Tides is the 5th mission. After sneaking past a bunch of guards in the fifth mission you will come to a house with two patrolling enemies. Your team mate will actually tell you to line them up and take both of them out with one shot. Aim down your sight and give both of them a headshot. If you miss the shot there will also be a group of 3 enemies right after this. You can also reload the checkpoint and try it again.
19. Release the Kraken! (15G) — Killed 20 enemies during the boat exfil in Rip Current
Rip Current is the 6th mission, and you unlock the achievement / trophy towards the end. There are only about 26 enemies total during this section, so you won’t have much room for error. Line up the enemies with the middle of the iron sight; aim a bit higher for enemies farther away. If you don’t get it before you go through some sinking buildings, reload the checkpoint.
20. Hardcore (80G) — Completed the campaign on Hardcore difficulty
21. Tag, You’re It (10G) — Caught Faraz within 15 minutes in Finding Faraz
Finding Faraz is the 8th mission. In the first part of the eighth mission your primary objective is to chase and capture Faraz. You may not shoot or kill Faraz during the chase. Make sure that you are playing on easy difficulty. On higher difficulties you will need to hide behind cover which slows you down. Lots of armed enemies will be in your way, so be prepared for some gunfights. Even on easy difficulty you should fall back when your health is low. You can still get killed easily, especially when you are surrounded by multiple enemies. Time shouldn’t be a real problem on easy difficulty. You can run through some sections and completely ignore the enemies.
22. Leftover Lead (15G) — Completed the sniping section in Shore Leave without missing a shot
Shore Leave is the 3rd mission. Near the end when you enter the sniping section of the game. As the achievement’s description says, don’t miss a shot. You will have to aim up a little bit because the bullet will curve downwards. The achievement pops up after the mission ends, during the cutscene. If you miss a shot, just pause the game and restart the checkpoint.
23. On the Clock (10G) — Completed the training in Through the Eyes of Evil in under 18 seconds
24. Storm Watch (10G) — Got through the sandstorm without hitting any vehicles in Hello and Dubai
Hello and Dubai is the 10th mission. At the very end of the mission you’ll have to drive through a sandstorm. You may not hit any vehicles after the storm has fully developed. It’s okay if you hit vehicles before the point where the video starts, while the storm is still weak. The trophy / achievement pops after exiting the highway. Once you’ve left the highway stop your car and wait for your reward. Restart the checkpoint if it didn’t work. Note that if you keep driving the mission will end.
25. Vender Bender (10G) — Destroyed 90 market stalls in Hot Pursuit
Hot Pursuit is the 4th mission in the game, and the achievement is pretty easy to get since there are a lot of market stalls.
26. Dirty Laundry (15G) — Found the grenades in the laundry room in Bump in the Night
Bump in the Night is the 12th mission in the game. You can find the laundry room when you are heading for the objective: ‘To The Bridge’. Once you reach the rear of the ship you will have to go up a set of stairs and enter an area with lots of “No Smoking” signs on the walls. Watch out for a small corridor with a red lamp and a storage room. In the same corridor is the laundry room where the grenades are located. Press the Square (PS3) or X (Xbox 360) button to open the door.
27. Room Service (20G) — Unlocked all door breach options
28. Master Locksmith (15G) — Used each breaching option at least once
29. Extreme Realism (10G) — Recovered from near-death 5 times without dying
30. Tier 1 Imports (15G) — Got 50 kills while holding enemy weapons
31. Peek-a-Boo (5G) — Killed an enemy while using peek and lean in the Campaign
32. Lean With It (15G) — Killed 25 enemies while using peek and lean during the Campaign
33. It’s Dangerous to go Alone! (5G) — Requested ammo from an Ally in the Campaign
34. Lead Farmer (10G) — Requested ammo from an Ally 25 times in Campaign
35. Tactical Toggler (15G) — Killed 25 enemies while using Combat Toggle
36. Unstoppable (30G) — Completed Shore Leave on Hardcore difficulty
37. The Axeman (20G) — Killed 25 enemies with melee during the Campaign
38. MVP (20G) — Finished in first place in any online match
39. All In (20G) — Called in Apache support

41. Brothers in Arms (20G) — Won a round with a Friend as a Fire Team Buddy

43. Jack of all Guns (20G) — Earned the Marksman Pin for all Weapons
44. Back in the Fight (50G) — Completed one tour with all classes.
45. Honey Badger (10G) — Used your Fire Team buddy to re-arm or heal
46. Squad Leader (20G) — Unlocked a soldier of each class
47. Downrange (20G) — Played online for 15 minutes
48. Job done (20G) — Complete 3 Combat Mission objectives
49. Global Warfighters (25G) — Unlocked a soldier from each unit
Secret Achievement:
50. Target Practice (10G) — Shot down the targets in the training camp caves in Connect the Dots
Connect the Dots is the 9th mission in the game. During the mission you’ll come across an underground area. A group of enemies will attack you. Take out the enemies and then destroy the training targets. There are a total of 16 targets. Shooting them once is enough.
