You’ll get these messages when picking up collectibles like:

* “Treasure Chest Found.” — Hint: Each game level contains 4 hidden Treasure Chests to collect.
* “Legendary Treasure Found.”
* “All Hats Found.” — To enhance your stats; For example: 3 hats total in chapter 1.
* “Story Scroll Found.”
* “You found a Soul Gem.” — Gives characters a final big weapon upgrade; For example: in chapter 1 it unlocks a new power for Shroomboom called Self-Slingshot.

Finding all Collectibles locations and picking them up will help unlock the following Achievements / Trophies:

* “Fashionista” (20 Gamerscore / Bronze Trophy) — Collect 10 Hats.
* “Hint Scholar” (20 Gamerscore / Bronze Trophy) — Collect 10 Story Scrolls.
* “Seeker Adept” (20 Gamerscore / Bronze Trophy) — Collect 10 Legendary Ship Parts.
* “Soul Surfer” (20 Gamerscore / Bronze Trophy) — Collect Soul Gems for Tree Rex and Jet-Vac.

Does the game save each Collectible you collect?: Yes! Each time you pick up a Collectible, the game will save your progress.
