15. Inhabitant (10G) — You stayed in possession of others for most of a 3 minute period

First off, buy the Possession Power for 3 runes, you’ll need it. The easiest way to unlock this achievement is to take control of a rat and enter a rat tunnel. That’s because once you’re in a rat tunnel you won’t turn back into a human. So you can basically stay in the rat tunnel as long as you want.
For this achievement to pop up do the following: After 3 minutes you can either exit the rat tunnel and turn human again OR press the left trigger (LT) button, which will result in you dying, and that’s when you’ll get the achievement.

16. Hornets’ Nest (20G) — You killed 4 enemies in less than 1 second using the crossbow

This can be done at the start of “The Flooded District” Mission, during the optional quest to retrieve your gear. Once you climb down the chain link, there will be some Weeper enemies there, standing idly by, waiting to be killed.

Requirements to kill all 4 Weepers:
• 4 arrows (for crossbow)
• Bend Time Level 2
• High Chaos
• Turn off ‘autoaim’ and ‘aim assist’

17. Speed of Darkness (10G) — You traveled 30 meters in less than 1 second

This can be done in Mission 4. It requires level 2 of the “Bend Time” skill! In order to buy & upgrade this skill you will need 10 runes. It drastically slows down the in-game time, but consumes a lot of mana. All you need to do is to activate the skill and run for 30 meters. Look for an area that gives you enough space to run in a straight line.
Shortcut: Running in circles also works!

32. Back Home (10G) — You grabbed a live grenade and threw it back, killing an attacker

33. Big Boy (20G) — You killed a tallboy using only your sword

This can be done in Mission 5: “Lady Boyle’s Last Party”. The basic idea is to get behind it staying hidden, and Blink to its back and stab it. It helps to have Bend Time to slow things down — you don’t need level 2, level 1 will work.

J-Mo has discovered an easy way of getting this achievement/trophy: For the “Big Boy” trophy, you can just use “drop assassination” on one. It kills them with one hit, and will pop this achievement/trophy.
Easy method: In Mission 5: “Lady Boyle’s Last Party”, after you are done ruining the party and leave her estate, there is a small bridge that some tall boys and some guards roam across. Immediately on the other side of that bridge is some street light poles. You can blink up to the top of the street light that is on the left side of the bridge. Once you are on top of the light, just wait for the tall boy to roam underneath you. When the time is right, just drop off of it and assassinate it. If you timed it right, you will kill it with only one hit, and this achievement/trophy will be yours.

43. Bodyguard (10G) — You protected Callista’s uncle, Captain Geoff Curnow

Easy Method Tip: You can just switch glasses and then lay under the table where you cannot be spotted by the enemies. You’ll have saved him, killed that one guy, and got the book safely! – Thanks for the tip Bishop!

One of the easiest achievements to get in Dishonored, but it’s also easy to miss.
You can find a location to possess a fish at in the very first hub area, on the side of Helm’s Pit pub, right after you buy the Possession Power for 3 runes at the start of Mission 3 after you jump out the boat. Go to the water and look for a fish’s shadow right below the water surface and use your Possession Power on it. To find the secret area in that river, use the fish to swim through the gate nearby.
