Here’s the list of this week’s new video game releases. The Summer drought is gone! Popular video games released this week are: Madden NFL 13, Guild Wars 2, Mass Effect 3: Leviathan, The Walking Dead Game: Episode 3, and Rock Band Blitz.
New on the downloadable games front is:
- On the PlayStation Store Rock Band Blitz, Tony Hawk Pro Skater HD, Mass Effect 3: Leviathan, Metal Gear Solid: Peacewalker, Ratchet & Clank HD, Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando HD, Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal HD, Record of Agarest War Zero, Lights, Camera, Party (PS3), Madden NFL 13 (PS Vita & PS3), Psychonauts (PS2 Classic) become available [updates Tuesday].
- While on Xbox Live Marketplace there’s Mass Effect 3: Leviathan, Rock Band Blitz (XBLA) being released [updates Wednesday].
- The Wii Shop, DSiWare & 3DS eShop‘s U.S. games are the Game Boy Color classic Toki Tori, SpeedX 3D, Outdoors Unleashed: Africa 3D, and Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy Demo (3DS), Escape the Virus: Shoot ‘Em Up! (DSi); Europe’s getting the Game Boy classic Kirby’s Star Stacker, and new Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy DLC (3DS), iSpot Japan (DSi), and Successfully Learning English Year 4 (Wii) [updates Thursday].
- On Steam there’s They Bleed Pixels, Damage Inc. Pacific Squadron WWII, Starvoid, AirMech.

- Journey Collector’s Edition (PS3) — Includes: Journey, Flower, flOw, and 3 Soundtracks.
