This is the first time in the Extended Cut DLC where you’ll get new storyline added to the game. Everything else up to right before you enter into The Citadel was the same as before. So basically with the 1.9GB download we got a cutscene evacuating your crew instead of dying and more explanatory ending cutscenes like fans wanted.

Just shoot The Catalyst in the head to get the Refuse Ending.

Destroy Ending

Synthesis Ending
