New Nintendo downloads this week in America and Europe. The games go live on Thursdays in America at 9AM Pacific time and in Europe at 5PM UK/GMT time.

Nintendo has now added new/classic games to the Wii Shop Channel, Nintendo DSi Shop and Nintendo 3DS eShop. Users with a high-speed Internet connection can redeem Wii Points or Nintendo DSi Points to download the games. Wii Points can be purchased in the Wii Shop Channel. Nintendo DSi Points can be purchased in the Nintendo DSi Shop. While the Nintendo eShop is a cash-based service, where virtual wallets are added to using a credit card or by purchasing a Nintendo 3DS Prepaid Card at a retail store and entering the code from the card. A Nintendo Points Card can be purchased at retail locations or Amazon.com.

Nintendo 3DS eShop:
• Kirby’s Block Ball (3DS Virtual Console / Game Boy, $3)
Description: Get ready for fast-paced, block-clearing action – Kirby style.
Kirby takes center stage in this frenzied, block-clearing free-for-all. Use the paddles on all four sides of the screen to bounce Kirby around and destroy the blocks and enemies. By destroying the blocks, you clear stages and obtain special power-ups that will aid you in your quest. Establish the high score on each stage to open up the final level and face Kirby’s nemesis, King Dedede. With multiple abilities, screens, and stages, this game is sure to put your skills to the test.
• Ubisoft’s Rayman Origins Demo Version (3DS, Free)
Description: Meet the new crazy. Rayman Origins is a comic adventure set in a lush world with more than 60 levels, teeming with secrets and crazy enemies. Taking advantage of the StreetPass feature, you can share your progression, number of collectibles, time played, unlocked achievements and avatar with others. A demo version is now available in the Nintendo eShop.
• Nintendo’s Mario Kart 7 Patch Update (is now available)
Description: Visit the Nintendo eShop to download the update for Mario Kart 7. This update is required for online multiplayer mode. In the Online Multiplayer mode, the tracks “Wuhu Loop,” “Maka Wuhu,” and “Bowser Castle 1” will have shortcut exploits permanently eliminated from their maps.
• Nintendo Video: Men in Black 3 in 3D (available May 18 at 6AM PT)
Description: They’re back! Men in Black hit Nintendo Video this week with the trailer for the latest installment in this epic franchise.

• Chronicles of Vampires: The Awakening (500 DSi Points / $5)
