New Video Game Releases Week 17, 2012

Here’s the list of this week’s video game releases. The biggest of the new titles are Prototype 2, Risen 2: Dark Waters, and The Walking Dead video game.

New on the downloadable games front is:

  • On the PlayStation Store The Walking Dead: Episode 1 – A New Day, Bejeweled 3, Battlefield 3, The Cursed Crusade, Grease Dance (PS3), Darkstalkers 3, Future Cop L.A.P.D (PSone), Red Faction (PS2), Golf Mania, Ikari III: The Rescue (PSP) become available [updates Tuesday].
  • While on Xbox Live Marketplace Bloodforge, The Walking Dead: Episode 1 – A New Day, Deep Black: Episode 1 (XBLA), Dead Rising 2: Off The Record (Games On Demand) get added [updates Wednesday].
  • The Wii Shop, DSiWare & 3DS eShop‘s games are unknown, but Europe gets 2 Fast 4 Gnomz (Wii), Inchworm Animation (DSi), Block Factory & a 3DS System Update that enables game patching (3DS) for download [updates Thursday].
  • On Steam there’s The Walking Dead, Risen 2: Dark Waters, Sherlock Holmes and The Hound of The Baskervilles, Lone Survivor, Noitu Love 2 Devolution, Revelations 2012.

The new retail releases are:

  • Binary Domain (PC)
  • Firefighter 3D (3DS)
  • Prototype 2 (Xbox 360, PS3, PC)
  • Risen 2: Dark Waters (PC)
  • Shifting World (3DS)
