New Nintendo downloads this week in America and Europe. The games go live on Thursdays in America at 9AM Pacific time and in Europe at 5PM UK/GMT time.
Reminder: DSi & 3DS owners have until February 20th to download The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition for free.

Nintendo has now added new/classic games to the Wii Shop Channel, Nintendo DSi Shop and Nintendo 3DS eShop. Users with a high-speed Internet connection can redeem Wii Points or Nintendo DSi Points to download the games. Wii Points can be purchased in the Wii Shop Channel. Nintendo DSi Points can be purchased in the Nintendo DSi Shop. While the Nintendo eShop is a cash-based service, where virtual wallets are added to using a credit card or by purchasing a Nintendo 3DS Prepaid Card at a retail store and entering the code from the card. A Nintendo Points Card can be purchased at retail locations or Amazon.com.

Nintendo 3DS eShop:
• Konami’s Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D Demo (Free)
Download instructions: By using the Nintendo 3DS system’s cameras to read QR Code images (shown in the image at the top of this page), you can directly access this Demo on the Nintendo eShop. Activate the cameras by pressing/holding the L or R Button at the 3DS’ HOME Menu, then touch the checkered square icon found on the bottom-left side of the Touch Screen. Now the cameras will read the QR Code and take you to the download page.
Note: The Nintendo 3DS system must be connected to the internet.
Description: This 3DS demo lets you experience part of an all-new re-interpretation of Konami’s Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, previously released on PlayStation 2 with over 4 million copies sold, in 3D for the first time ever.

Note: This is one of the best games on the classic Game Boy handheld, it’s a must-have!
