These include Strike at Karkand, Gulf of Oman and the Sharqi Peninsula, which have all been completely remastered to use the high-fidelity graphics provided by the Frostbite 2 engine. In addition, fans will get to fire off classic Battlefield 2 Weapons, ride in classic BF2 Vehicles, earn unique Rewards and collect all-new Achievements or Trophies!

  • Classic Battlefield 2 Maps Re-Imagined
    Four of the most beloved Battlefield 2 Maps in history have been fully recreated using the Frostbite 2 engine! These include Strike at Karkand, Gulf of Oman, Wake Island and Sharqi Peninsula!
  • More Vehicles, More Weapons
    The Rock, Paper, Scissor Battlefield gameplay you know and love has been enhanced with a reportoire of ten new weapons! You can even bring these back to the main game, as well as the new vehicles including the STOVL Fighter Jet, Desert Buggy, and an APC.
  • Destruction Enhanced
    Thanks to the power of the Frostbite 2 engine, an entirely new level of sweet, sweet destruction has been layered atop these enhanced maps. Lay waste to the entire deal and turn it all to rubble! All cover can be slowly chipped away, walls can get holes blasted through them, and entire buildings will crumble!
  • Assault Conquest
    The classic Conquest Assault mode from Battlefield 2 makes its glorious return! This mode gives a slight twist on the Conquest mode that players know and love, where one team begins with commanding all the maps Flags while the opponents must reposes the flags and stop their tickets from bleeding to zilch.
  • Persistence Enhanced
    A layer of added persistence has been given to fans with the introduction of all-new Assignments atop the base game. Also on tap is a vast set of Upgrades and Unlockables.
  • Dog Tags Personalized
    Five new Dog Tags have been added with this expansion, giving players even more options to personalize themselves. These new Dog Tags include Dolphin Diving and One Man Army; pick the Dog Tag that you think most fits your online play style!
