GRD Dolls Easter Egg
You can find a couple hidden dolls within some of the levels of multiplayer from Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary.
1. One is found on the Battle Canyon map, above the blue Teleport. Simply zoom in with a weapon and shoot what looks to be a head far up above you.
2. Another GRD Doll is found on Breakneck. You’ll find it located at the top of the stairs of the construction building. You’ll need to zoom in to the roofing above you where you see the tile end (you may want to turn up the brightness on your TV), you’ll just be able to make the doll out. Shoot it and it’ll fall down.
3. Another is found in High Noon. At the top of the Red Base, across from the blue structure, you’ll find the doll atop it.
4. Head to Penance for another GRD Doll. This one you’ll want to use Forge Mode, head to the Control Room where you see the spawning on the right side, and use a Man Cannon or Gravity Lift, put it on the circle on the wall and tilt, and you can force the doll out. Finding where it shot to is another story. See the video below for exact details.
5. A GRD Doll is also found on Ridgeline. Go to the Red Base where you see the bridge and find a crate next to a rock formation. The GRD Doll is INSIDE the crate.
6. Now head to Solitary to find another GRD Doll. See the video on how to find this one, which is a bit difficult to describe. It can only be done in Forge.
7. Last but not least, you’ll find one in Installation 004, a Firefight map. You’ll find a tree near the center that you need to jetpack to the top of. You’ll need to leap off the end of a branch with a full charge and head to the rockslide. Go up it and to the top of the hill where you’ll find the final GRD Doll! This time camped out against the rocks.
Troll Face Easter Egg
You’ll find this Easter Egg after talking to Captain Keyes on the Bridge in Pillar of Autumn. You’ll find a bulletin board in the hallway, which in the original Halo doesn’t have anything special. Switch to the new graphics however and you’ll notice a number of fun things. Look at the top-left poster that says “Dark Planetoid Rising” and you’ll notice a Troll Face!
Grunt Barrel Easter Egg
