All Along the Watchtower
Once you have finished talking about the Dragonstone, you will be interrupted by Irileth, there has been a dragon that has been spotted close by, you are going to need to help out once again and deal with the dragon, as a token for helping out with the dragon, you will be able to buy a house in Whiterun, you will need to be alive and have enough gold to do so.
As you are getting close to the dragon, you are going to need to step up onto Irileth who is hiding behind an outcrop, you will need to wait for Irileth if she is behind you, you will also then need to wait for the soldiers who are behind you as well, you will need to head over tot he watch tower.
Look around the area for anyone who has survived the Dragons appearance, make your way into the tower, you will be able to notice and hear the guards are worrying about the appearance of the dragon.
You will need to watch your guard as the Dragon will appear out of no where.
Dragonborn Rising
You will have some time to have a look at the large Dragon flying around in the sky, you are going to need to kill this massive lizard!
When you are going to start to slay your dragon, you will need to change over to which ever long-range offensive weapon, you will also be able to use your magic or your arrows.
You and Irileth will need to split up and go in separate directions, her magic is a lot stronger than yours, this will also give you the advantage of the dragon not taking you all down at the same time.
If you have decided to use your bow and arrow, you will need to remember to aim slow, you will have a better chance of hitting the dragon.
You will watch out as the dragon breaths fire, you will be able to drink some potions that have less damage when you are hit with fire.
When the dragon starts to drop down in flight, you will gave to start preparing yourself for the fire breathing, you will also have a good chance of hitting the dragon when it flies down.
Once the dragon has landed, you will be able attack it from the side, you will also be able to use your melee attacks are now possible to use against your dragon.
If the worst things come to worst, you will need to flee your tower and use some of your health potions if you have not started to use them already.
You will also be able to use the towers stairs to head down and out of the way of the dragons breath.
Once you have killed the dragon, you will need to get your dragon out of the dragon, once you have your dragon, you will need to head over to Irileth.
You will open up your magic menu, you will need to scroll down and access the SHOUT to gain your dragon soul.
Quest Conclusion
When you have competed your dragon soul quest, you will need to make your way back to Dragonreach and find Jarl, once you have found and spoken to Jarl, you will need to make your way over to the Masters, time for a trek!
