There are 50 Achievements with a total of 1000 points to earn in the Xbox 360 version.
And there are 51 Trophies that can be earned in the PS3 version. Earn Bronze (40), Silver (6), Gold (3), Platinum (1) and Hidden (0) Trophies to increase your Gamer Level.
COLLECTABLE XBOX 360 ACHIEVEMENTS LIST
1. The Whole Shebang (50G) – Earn every achievement in NBA 2K12.
2. Dawn of an Era (15G) – Get drafted as a lottery pick in the NBA draft in My Player mode.
3. Money Bags (15G) – Purchase 3,000 skill points in a single transaction in My Player mode. (2)

10. My Big Eight-O (20G) – Earn an 80 overall rating in My Player mode.
11. My All-Star (25G) – Be named an NBA All-Star in My Player mode.
12. Immortality (30G) – Make the Hall of Fame in My Player mode.
13. Buzzer Beater (20G) – Make a game winning shot with no time left on the clock, in a non-simulated game.
14. Trip-Dub (20G) – Record a triple double with any player, in a non-simulated game.
15. Dub-Dub (20G) – Record two double doubles with any teammates, in a non-simulated game.
16. Five by Five (20G) – Record 5 or more in 5 different stats with any player in a non-simulated game. (3)
17. It’s Raining (20G) – Make 15 or more 3-pointers with any team, in a non-simulated game.
18. Block Party (20G) – Record 10 or more blocks with any team, in a non-simulated game.
19. Men of Steal (20G) – Record 10 or more steals with any team, in a non-simulated game.
20. Swat and Swipe (20G) – Record at least 5 blocks and 5 steals with any team, in a non-simulated game.
21. Smothering (20G) – Hold the opposing team’s FG% below 40% with any team, in a non-simulated game.
22. Giveth and Taketh Away (20G) – Record 10 or more rebounds and assists with any player, in a non-simulated game.
23. Hold the Fat Lady (20G) – Start the 4th period losing by 10 or more points and win with any team, in a non-simulated game.
24. Wire to Wire (20G) – Do not allow your opponent to lead the game at any point with any team, in a non-simulated game.
25. 4-Point Line (20G) – Pull off a successful 4-point play with any player, in a non-simulated game.
26. G Prime (20G) – End the 1st period with a 15 point lead or greater on the Hall of Fame difficulty setting.
27. The Closer (20G) – Hold the opposing team to 0 points in the final two minutes of regulation, in a non-simulated game.
28. G Performance (20G) – Score at least 48 points with Kevin Durant to set a new career high, in a non-simulated game.
