This Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland walkthrough will guide you through the beginning to ending moments of gameplay with strategy tips for this PS3-exclusive RPG.

The sequel to the previous “Atelier Rorona: Alchemist of Arland”, this title puts the spotlight on action, combining Alchemist-based Item creation, party combat that utilizes AI companions, leveling up your characters, and adventuring gameplay as you explore the world.

This game is rated T for Teen. Please note that viewers must be at least 13 years old or older to watch, as this game includes Fantasy Violence, Mild Blood, Suggestive Themes, and Use of Alcohol.

Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland Walkthrough

Join the young Alchemist in Training Totooria Helmond from the small fishing village called Alanya, which is located on the southern border of the Arland Republic. Her nickname is Totori, at least that’s what close family and friends call her, and her greatest dream is to become a great adventurer. Feeling rambuctous one day, she makes the trip to Arland, and resolves to explore the world beyond her small village. The actions of the player will dictate whether Totori finds the answers to the questions she seeks, forges unbreakable bonds with many friends and allies, or has a completely different fate entirely.

This game, like previou games in the Atelier series, is a turn-based RPG where alchemy and exploration or the key compoenents of gamelay and combat. With a plot set for years after the previous title, here you will discover new information about our new heroine, Totori, as she follows in the footsteps of her mother; which will lead to new revelations about her family and mother’s history.

As an Adventurer, a recognized profession in the world, you are granted an Adventurer’s License which includes variuos ranks. Points allow you to go up in rank and are dolled out in numerous ways, including helping citizens, mapping out the overworld, discovering new items, synthesizing new creations, revealing hidden landmarks, and defeating monsters and boss creatures in combat.

You can use the Synthesis system to turn items into new items, by gathering recipes and the objects needed for said recipe. This is a deep system that allows you to add secondary effects and new traits to the newly created items. Homunculi is your go-to creature type, who can be hired to automatically gather items for your Synthesis jobs, freeing Totori up to focus on other things. Homunculi’s effeiciency at Synthesis Item gathering can be increased by providing pies, which these creatures relish.

As you battle other creatures you can hire new party members and you can change these new party members at will. They will help Totori out when she is attacked via the Assist System. These characters can also boost up Totori’s attacks, and will raise your Super Move gauge. If filled you can access your character’s Super Move, for maximum pain!
