Our ICO Walkthrough Castle Guide in beating the game in 52 minutes to get the trophies for beating the game in under 2 and 4 hours. There is also another trophy for not dying.

Castle Guide Part 1

Hey Everyone and Welcome to Ico!

The first thing you will need to do is make your way up the stairs and pull the leaver at the top of the stairs.

Once you have done that jump over the edge and head through the door behind you.

Once you have made it through the door, you will need to make your way forward and up onto the ledge then climb the chain to the ledge, then head through the window.

After you have made it through the window, continue forward until you can see the ladder and head up, once at the top of the ladder, make your way up the long staircase to the top, once at the top climb the chain.

At the top of the chain make your way up the ramp until you hit the top, make your way through the window.

On the other side of the window, head to the right and climb the 2nd block and head through the window.

After you have made it through the window, you will need to continue forward and pull the leaver.

Once you have pulled the leaver, jump through the gap in the ledge and make your way down the ramps.

Once at the bottom, continue forward and make your way up the red ladder near the light.

Make your way along the edges and jump over onto the cage.

You will then need to pick up a stick and light it to free the Princess from the shadow.

Once you have freed the Princess from the Shadow you will need to attack the shadow a couple of times and make your way over to the Princess and grab her hand.

You will need to lead her over to the four statues against the wall.

Keep a hold of her hand and make your way up onto the ledges and through the doorway.

Once you have made it through the door, you will need to head across the ledge and watch out because the bridge will collapse in the middle, pull the princess up and carry on running acros the bridge to the end.

Stand on the button to open the door, head down the stairs, quickly make your way forward and stand on the button to open the door before the shadows can get you.

Jump across the gap and pull the leaver, you will need to head over to get the Princess again and cross.

Head over to the stone Sofa to finish the end of part 1.

Castle Guide Part 2

Welcome to Part 2 of the ICO Walkthrough!

You will need to get off the stone sofa and make your way over to the left, over the tiny bridge and through the door, this will lead you back into the castle.

Once you are back inside, you will need to head down the stairs and over the bridge and over the gap, you will then need to climb up the window ledges on the left and get to the top, Once you have made it to the top, you will need to jump onto the beam and head across.

You will be able to jump onto the candelabra located in the middle, once you have landed on the chandelier you will need to hit the chain, once you have done that, jump and and head through the gap in the bridge.

You will need to make your way over to the bottom and head over the large gap and make your wy through the door located on the other side.

Once you are through the door you will need to pick up a bomb and place it in the fire through the door near the gap.

You will then need to quickly make your way over to the beam and let the bomb explode, this will cause the beam to break.

Once you have broken the beam you will need to head through the door once again and head up the stairs.

Once you have made it back outside, pick up the princess (hold her hand) and make your way down the stairs, you will need to take out the enemies by quickly running to the statues, they will electrocute the enemies.

Once you have made it passed the enemies, head through the gap made by the states and run down the stairs and to the right over the small bridge.

Keep following the path, head down the stairs and across the courtyard and up the stairs in the middle, the statues will electrocute the enemies.

Once you are through, you will need to pull all eight statues, start at the top and work your way down.

Once you have placed all the statues, head through the door you came in and run across the courtyard and back up the stairs and along the path over the bridge and up the stairs.

Make your way over to the left before the door and pick up a bomb and light it, you will need to throw it to the right of the door, the bomb will explode and make a hole in the wall for you to head through.

Once through the door, make your way down the stairs and sit on the stone sofa.
