God of War Origins Collection DLC-Style Extras

The God of War: Origins Collection release date is on September 13th 2011 exclusively for PlayStation 3.

The set includes updated high-definition versions of God of War: Ghost of Sparta and God of War: Chains of Olympus, both of which were originally PSP titles. In addition to the updated graphics, fans will get to earn Trophies for the titles, can view them in Stereoscopic 3D if they have the right hardware, and the games feature a 60 frames-per-second framerate for smoother gameplay and also take advantage of the rumble features of the Dual Shock 3.

In addition to the above, new bonuses will be included in the set. A video of the Game Directors Live round table discussion taken from launch of God of War: Ghost of Sparta will be included, offering some history and perspective on the God of War series and the two PSP games. While that is a holdover from the PSP release of Ghost of Sparta, a couple new features will also be included.

These are the Forest of the Forgotten, a new Combat Arena, and a new Legionnaire Kratos skin.

Here is a video showing off the Round Table discussion from God of War Origins Collection.
