Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Trailer Goes Behind-The-Scenes

Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary is the highly anticipated remake of the original Halo game, gloriously updated to modern-day high-resolution graphical fidelity with online play added in! Finally Halo 1 as it should’ve been in the first play! (when the game first came out, Microsoft’s Xbox Live service had yet to launch! Thus it was lacking in online play)

The game has a release date of November 15, 2011 exclusively for Xbox 360.

In addition to having all-new graphics that will make the game look like a current-generation title, the multiplayer is no longer stuck in the old offline world.

You can now not only play the multiplayer online, but you can also play online co-op! New challenges, new Achievements to earn, a new story and Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary Kinect Support have also been added.

Some interesting tidbits are divulged in this video, such as the fact that the game is actually running two engines at once; all of the source code from the original game that makes it PLAY exactly like the original; along with a new graphical standard.

Here is the Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary behind-the-scenes video.
