Hideo Kojima’s “Zone of The Enders” games for the PS2, may reemerge on the 3DS console!
Hideo Kojima’s is, of course, best known for his Metal Gear Solid series — already confirmed for 3DS in the form of Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D — but his “Zone of the Enders” titles on PS2 are also fondly remembered by many. The new word is that the game may reemerge on the 3DS platform!
Kojima recently Tweeted a photo of a model from the series, with the words “Z.O.E. 3DS” seemingly written in the background – which could be considered one verbal statement short of an announcement.
It wouldn’t be the series’ first appearance on a Nintendo portable either. In 2002 “Zone of the Enders: The Fist of Mars” was released on Game Boy Advance, and with a HD remake of the first two PS2 games coming soon to the PS3 and Xbox 360 consoles, now would be the perfect time to resurrect the series.
