Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City Walkthrough

Mission 5: Expendable (Leon & Claire)

Good times with Leon & Claire. 😛

After repairing the Nemesis and sentencing any remaining S.T.A.R.S. members to death, Wolfpack only has one mission – destroy evidence at the R.P.D. After that, as long as there are no other survivors, Wolfpack is home sweet home.

To guarantee no unauthorized transmissions occur, the safest course of action is to shut down the entire Raccoon City power grid. A trio of generators
supplies power for the entire city and can be tactically disabled with EMP devices. Such a high-value infrastructure target is likely to be more heavily guarded than other areas of Raccoon City, so expect the possibility of meeting armed resistance.

Tip: Several abilities have a Mini-Map ability, meaning they’ll reveal otherwise hidden items for you to pick up. So pay close attention to the description of each ability.

That’s just great, next we have to face off against not one but two Tyrants.

Mission 6: Redemption

Deserted by Umbrella after failing to kill Leon S. Kennedy, Wolfpack has barely survived the past ten hours. So despite mistrust and bruised egos, they agree to accept Umbrella’s offer to go back to square one – Birkin’s lab.

In order to accommodate some of Umbrella’s underground facilities, the Umbrella Corporation has taken over management of the Raccoon City Cemetery. Due to the proximity to their labs and the large number of deceased on the premises, the area should be treated as a high-risk zone. Disable safeties and prepare to shoot on sight while traversing this part of town.

Note about the boss fight: 123meetchie confirms the monster at 24:50 minutes into the video guide is the T-103 (Tyrant) AKA Mr. X from Resident Evil 2’s Scenario B game. Ada originally shot T-103 multiple times in the face causing him to fall in? the lava, before he fatally wounded her. But, he mutated into the form that you see now.

Mission 7: End of the Line

Leon S. Kennedy is protecting Sherry Birkin, who holds the key as the G-Virus antigen. The government is sending reinforcements to aid them. If Wolfpack can’t secure the girl and kill Leon, Umbrella won’t be so forgiving this time.

Umbrella’s extensive laboratory and research facilities underground are the heart of our pharmaceutical and bioweapon technologies. The vast majority of their scientific breakthroughs occurred here, and so there is a plethora of potential liabilities that you are expected to address quickly and effectively.

Here are all 3 Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City endings:
1. “The Loyalist” which is to kill Leon S. Kennedy.
2. “A Hero Spared!” which is to save Leon S. Kennedy.
3. “Died Trying” which is to attempt to save Leon S. Kennedy but die in the process.
